Koos Tesselaar

Position: Chairman, Cavendish Group, Vice Chairman NIBC Bank, and Chairman Hemingway Corporate Finance

After his study architecture and civil engineering, Koos followed specific education in the field of Corporate Governance at Nijenrode University.

After initially pursuing a career within  the construction industry in South Africa and the Netherlands, he founded a Pan European Direct Marketing company which was sold to Royal Dutch TPG. Since 1998, Koos has been been involved in a number of companies in (non-)executive positions or as investor amongst others, ABN-AMRO Participaties, Bridgepoint Capital, BNP Paribas, SNS Bank, De Boer Structures, Newtel Essence, Bridge Ltd, Centrum ’45.

 

Currently he is a Boardmember of Oracle, Friesland Bank Investments, NIBC Bank, Royal Saan, BDI Holdings, Lagotronics, Cavendish Publishing Ltd, Taken, Regardz, Haute Equipe, International Capital Conference.

Koos is CEO of “Taken Infra Consultants”( www.taken.nl ) a leading consultancy practice in the field PPP, life cycle costing, TCO and DBFMO.
