Mr. Darren Xia is Head of International Capital for JLL North Asia. With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate industry and professional expertise in investment transactions, structuring and joint venture partnerships, Mr. Xia’s current role focuses on identifying and fostering relationships with new sources of North Asia capital, including sovereign wealth funds, state owned enterprises, developers and high net worth individuals. He is also facilitating the movement of the new inter-regional capital into Asia from the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.
