Li Baodong

Mr. Li Baodong, Han nationality, was born in Beijing in April 1955. He holds a master's degree in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

1969-1970: Worked as a member of the educated youth in the Heilongjiang Production and Construction Corps
