Peter co-chairs Clyde & Co’s Global Arbitration Group, one of the largest arbitration practices in the world, managing at any one time approximately 450 arbitrations.
Peter has acted as arbitrator, Counsel and litigator in more than 60 international jurisdictions, where he has wide variety of experience in all major arbitral institutions and areas of commercial law. Peter is accredited as a CEDR mediator and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and was the first registered foreign lawyer of the Brazilian Bar (OAB) in São Paulo.
Peter has lectured extensively on arbitration law and practice and has also written extensively on arbitration, is a regular contributor to Kluwer Arbitration, and is the current co-author on Interim relief and Emergency Arbitration in the Global Arbitration Review Guide to Construction Arbitration. Peter also sits on the Editorial Board academic publication of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
