Ge Yang

Ge Yang serves as the Senior Content Planner of FTChinese.com, the Financial Times’ Chinese language business news information site serving the mainland China market.

Her previous professional experience includes working as the Executive Editor and TV Journalist for the weekly financial talk show ’People In Finance’ at Caixin Media, covering interviews with influential economists, senior government officials as well as industry leading CEOs from all around the world. Prior to that, she worked as the Executive Director and Coordinator for CCTV and the Media Specialist for BOCOG, the organizing committee for the Beijing Olympic Games, where she organized, and participated in, more than 100 international press conferences

She obtained her master degree and bachelor degree from Beijing Normal University in China, and she used to be a visiting scholar at Harvard University in the United States, and named as “Leader of Tomorrow” by The International Students' Committee in Switzerland
