Katinka is experienced in a wide range of corporate transactions, including buyer side acquisitions, seller side divestments (and auctions), strategic combinations, corporate advice on restructuring transactions and public (tender) offers. Katinka specialises in advising international corporates and financial institutions on cross-border transactions involving Europe, Asia and the US. She is a member of our China Group and has advised on many transactions involving the acquisition of Dutch assets/companies by Chinese parties. Katinka has previously also worked as a US lawyer in our New York office for more than five years.
